Luzon:Subic  
Many interesting world war 2 wrecks american and japanese, the biggest wrecks the battle cruiser new york the pow ship and the supply ship are very close to the harbour and can suffer from very bad visiblity, further out wrecks such as the el capitan and lst (tank landing craft) offer reasonbale vis and excellent penetration. there is apparently a MIG fighter in subic bay at around 60m. the japanese patrol boat and landing craft can be covered in one dive and are atmospheric wrecks with reasonable vis. very little fish life in the bay. no current. diveshop:johans or blue rock
Luzon:La Union   One superb recreational dive on 5 m10 tanks ranged from 45m down on fagg reef vis can be very good, very over fished and dyanmited area generally. some almost undived WW2 wrecks which require tech diving, possibly a japanese sea plane tender and other undocumented wrecks. diveshop: ocean deep
Luzon:Anilao    
Mindoro:Sabang  
Many varied dive sites within a short distance of diveshops. excellent healthy reef with colorful hard and soft coral, numerous wreck dives, alma jane large wreck on seabed at 32m can penetrate, sabang wrecks three wrecks in shallows teeming with fish life frog fish scorpion fish, lionfish, morays and batfish. many sea horse to be found in adjacent sea grass. shark cave with resident reef sharks. occasional unpredicatble strong currents can be interesting. visibility often excellent. frequent visits by turtles, but nothing bigger. diveshop:mermaid, cap'n greggs, octopus
Mindoro:Pandan  
Island is a marine sanctuary, and has a turtle breeding program ongoing, with occasional release of turtles to the wild. many large turtles are resident to the islands sea grass and the reefs around the island are teeming with life, making snorkellin here excellent. boat leaves from island daily to apo reef depending on demand.

A couple of very nice wrecks, SS panay and MS jojo, both around 40m with variable visibilty. diveshop:easy divers

Cebu:Malapascua   incredible wreck dive on dona maria passenger ferry sunk in typhoon, excellebnt vis, gato island sea snake sanctuary, cave swim through, and lots of life, sharks snakes cuttlefish, sea horses. one of the only places in the world to dive with thresher sharks. lots of dyanamite fishing.
Palawan:Coron   Many Japanese war wrecks from WW2.
Palawan:Tubataya Reef  
One of the only places in Phillipines to encounter big pelagics (apparently) usually via liveaboard from palawan, which get booked very early in the season.
